The Four Cornerstones of Rachel’s Coaching

Clear contracting, managing expectations and holding the space so that the client (individual or team) can access deep thinking and ensure that the energy in the coaching session is focused on what the client is aiming to achieve. Confidentiality is assured, as trust is the basic building block for developing the coaching relationship.

Rachel is present for her clients. She is there to listen and empower the client to develop the very best ways of thinking.

Rachel focuses her clients on being comfortable with their own authentic style rather than the ways they imagine they should be.
