As a CEO, you have a lot of demands on your time. Meeting Rachel allowed me time to step back from the business and gain clarity on the key priorities. I think this was valuable time spent and enabled me to perform at my best and deliver results for the company.
Rachel made us comfortable enough that everyone was able to speak in a free and open manner. This in turn led to a greater amount of trust within the group. We achieved our goals as we were able to formulate an approach to sharing our school ethos with new staff coming into the school while at the same time consolidating it with present staff. I genuinely feel that the management became closer as a unit.
