I found a more efficient way of working. It has lead me to a clearer picture of what I want to achieve and an understanding that the team wants to be invested in projects & lead at times. It took the guilt out of asking as I knew they really wanted to run with an idea rather that just doing as a favour for me.
Our team has grown in competence as we communicate more effectively. We have the confidence to have the difficult conversations, really examine the issues and from that process, reach much better decisions which benefit the whole school community. The quality of our leadership team meetings has improved greatly.
Really excellent programme - gave me another way to look at achieving results from meetings and also giving everyone involved a more involved focus not just an agenda. Posing a question in particular was excellent.
